the location is central.

my stay at mgallery in pau was truly exceptional. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its top quality service, beautiful views, and excellent amenities. from the attentive staff to the spacious and clean rooms, everything was perfect. I also loved the central location next to the park and boulevard des pyrenees.

Easily location. Food good, service good and altogether very comfortable.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the first-class food and facilities. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience very special. the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were excellent. the hotel is in a quiet and safe area, within walking distance to the center. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. the hotel provided parking facilities, and we had no trouble finding a space even late at night. the little treats for the kids in the room and drinks brought up on arrival were a nice touch.

Felt very well, no complaints whatsoever.

Magnificent location to Pau Pyrenees airport, just 23 minutes by car. Lovely pool, parking onsite. Really helpful and wonderfully friendly employees with nice manners.

Very nice hotel that I would happily stay in again

The location near the park is the only highlight of this hotel, but unfortunately, the interior design doesn't meet the expectations. the room was small and unremarkable, with an outdated and cramped bathroom. the service is unresponsive, and the staff isn't friendly. the breakfast was a huge disappointment with limited options, and the service was slow. There are no facilities to speak of, with no gym or pool. the only positive thing about this hotel was the proximity to the park.

The staff's lack of attentiveness was frustrating, with no one to assist the guests upon arrival.

the food was delicious and the facilities were great. We loved the fact that we were upgraded to a suite and received a welcome bottle of champagne. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and in a safe area.

One minor inconvenience was the noise from the neighboring rooms and the traffic outside the hotel. It would have been even better if the rooms were better insulated to reduce the noise levels.

Great location near the park and town center. Really big and clean rooms. The spa is a real advantage, with a large pool and well-equipped gym.

Good service, spotless and fashionable room complete with quality linen, a large balcony, as for instance. Particularly good and fab location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pau High Court.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a charming balcony overlooking a beautiful park. Additionally, we enjoyed the soft water that made our hair feel amazing.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our experience. the bed was too hard for our liking, which affected our sleep quality.

Beautiful park location, close to city center and train. Nespresso coffee and tea in clean, modern room. Helpful staff and excellent food. Best in town. Walkable and safe. Will return.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Parc Beaumont & Spa - Mgallery. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with special touches like chocolates on the pillow. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
